Investor Relations ComTrade Group reached a point when external investments became important for further development and expanding into new markets

ComTrade is an international IT organization with three main fields of operation: Solutions, System Integration and Distribution.

In Solutions segment, ComTrade is active globally, serving some of the biggest companies in the world. In System Integration segment we serve both global and local enterprises, public and private, as well as government institutions. Our IT Distribution sector is active in the Balkans region, leading the market.

Legally organized as a holding, incorporated in the Netherlands, ComTrade is a group of 22 companies operating in 12 countries, with offices in the US, Western and South-Eastern Europe. Currently we have more than 1.600 employees, of which over 1.000 are software engineers.

ComTrade is owned by Mr. Veselin Jevrosimović (78,95%) and Unicredit Investments (21,05%).
