HP Operations Manager and HP SiteScope

- Agentless monitoring of XenApp for HP SiteScope. Building on the success of our SMARTPlug-In for HP Operations Manager, HERMES SoftLab has now added support for pure agentless monitoring of Citrix XenApp farms to HP SiteScope. This new solution provides an in depth view of your Citrix farms including health, availability and performance.
- XenServer monitoring for HP Operations Manager. This is a biggie – HERMES SoftLab has added support for Citrix XenServer management to its Citrix Xen SMART Plug-In (SPI). This emerging enterprise-class server virtualization solution can now be completely managed in a true end-to-end fashion from within HP Operations Manager.
- Citrix Xen SPI gives you even more for XenApp. HERMES SoftLab takes customer feedback seriously and our customers have been asking for some additional help with Web Interface infrastructure and application availability management. As a result, we have added the capability to continuously probe the health of your Web Interface and farm infrastructure to immediately let you know if any Citrix application cannot be launched.
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
HERMES SoftLab has some great news for organizations building around Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. As we head into Synergy 2009, HERMES SoftLab will be releasing a Citrix Xen Management Pack! Based on agentless technology, the Citrix Xen MP monitors your XenServer environments and provides essential insight into the link between physical and virtual compute and storage resources. Key features include auto-discovered XenServer pool topology, alerts on incidents and host/VM resource bottlenecks, and tracking of resource utilization and allocation. The Citrix Xen MP allows organizations to leverage their investment in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager by allowing operations teams to take over routine XenServer infrastructure monitoring.
