ComTrade Simplifies Management of Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager
ComTrade, a leading developer of management products for Microsoft System Center, today announced the release of the Management Pack for Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager, which connects the Citrix platform for cloud application and desktop delivery with the leading monitoring tool, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
ComTrade has announced that it will be launching a demonstration of this new Management Pack at Citrix Synergy, Barcelona, October 17-18, with a full release slated for the end of 2012. ComTrade Management Pack for Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager will be compatible with Microsoft System Center 2012 and include monitoring and management of infrastructure components such as the provisioning engine and agents.
Reducing the time and cost of managing customers
CloudPortal Services Manager is the easy-to-use web portal that helps cloud providers manage the delivery of services and offerings to their customers for consumption by end users. ComTrade’s Management Pack for CloudPortal Services Manager helps service providers measure, monitor and manage the provisioning of hosted apps, desktops and cloud services, and delivers a complete end-to-end view of their CloudPortal Services Manager environment from within Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.
As a result of the relationship with Citrix, cloud service providers can now take advantage of a scalable and fault-tolerant monitoring and management solution with built-in intelligence and capabilities that bring immediate benefits. Usage-based Licensing Model to Align with Citrix Service Provider Program
