Business Development Associate

Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team based at our headquarters in Belgrade.


Our documentation management system (DMS) development team needs a new member who will help present the team’s products and services to the market and place them appropriately, while providing business opportunities for the implementation of solutions. In addition, the new team member will have the opportunity to jointly define the roadmap of the product in accordance with market requirements and legislation.

  • Analysis of the market requirements and defining a plan in cooperation with the team manager and sales department;
  • Managing business opportunities through the sales cycle until the moment of contract;
  • Presenting solutions and defining bids based on the information collected;
  • Monitoring the realization of all contracted tasks in cooperation with the team manager;
  • Planning and implementation of all marketing activities related to the product together with the marketing sector;
  • Active participation in product development together with the team manager and the Product Owner;
  • Organizing training for the sales team and other employees;
  • Attendance on all major conferences and events.


  • Work experience with more than 3 years in business development (BDM) or sales (Sales) in IT or related industries;
  • Work on the development and marketing of software products is desirable;
  • Work on document management system is considered an advantage;
  • Presenting solutions, products and services to different market segments;
  • Organizing multiple meetings with a variety of clients on-site and online either in the country or abroad;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
  • Previous experience in working in CRM and working with sales tools;
  • Experience in preparing offers, negotiating and correspondence with users;
  • Active driver (min. B category).
