CRM Consultant

Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking for CRM Consultant join our Microsoft Team in Belgrade.



  • Analyze business objectives and needs and recommend solutions that will enable the achievement of those goals;
  • Communicate between business and technical teams, providing expert knowledge on CRM software and how it can be used to solve specific business problems;
  • Work with clients to scope out projects, identify requirements and create detailed project plans;
  • Configure and customize CRM software to meet the unique needs of each client;
  • Train users on how to use CRM software, and provide ongoing support as needed;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise;
  • Document all work for future reference.



  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3-5 years of experience in same or similar positions;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to analyze business processes and understand clients needs;
  • Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of CRM/ERP/other business applications (preferably Dynamics 365);
  • Understanding of CRM best practices and how to apply them;
  • Experience working in a consulting role;
  • Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • Knowledge in the areas of sales and marketing is considered an advantage (creating customer journeys, sales segments, sales pipeline, etc.).
