Customer Success and Licensing Specialist

Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking for Customer Success and Licensing Specialist to join our Microsoft Sales Team in Belgrade.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Creates cost models and assembles commercial and cost-effective proposals and bid responses for tenders and RFPs for Microsoft software and products;
  • Understanding the inquiries on various Microsoft and Lincensing topics in order to provide answers on pricing, and basic program terms and conditions;
  • Remain cupdated on LSS Microsoft rules and regulations and be able to provide updates with regards to changes relevant to our processes with customers;
  • Drive and maintain high customer satisfaction of mid-market, Corporate and Enterprise clients & partners;
  • Responsible for supporting customers during implementation, setup, and troubleshooting situations;
  • Create and maintain reporting to Management and Sales teams to proactively monitor assigned clients activity against forecast/historical trends;
  • Support customer / partner escalations related to customers Microsoft assets;
  • Develop accurate, relevant and complete analysis for customers and partners.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Previous work experience in the same or similar positions is considered as an advantage;
  • Be a strong team player;
  • Have strong determination, analytical and tool skills (Excel and Data manipulation);
  • Have excellent communication skills required, both internally and customer-facing;
  • Have demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions;
  • Be able to deal with a frequently changing environment, incomplete information, and complex stakeholder structures.
