Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking for Digital Sales Representative to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Digital Sales Representative is sales position responsible for selling Comtrade System Integration solutions and services to clients within Finance industry, primarily on DACH markets. Primary focus will be on developing new business both through new customer acquisition and selling new services/solutions to existing customer accounts. This position will be responsible for managing leads and bringing them primarily into phases of qualified opportunities within the sales pipeline and for some cases to manage complete pipeline lifecycle. Particular emphasis on identifying and prospecting to new customers and recognizing opportunities to drive profitable revenue. This is a “Hunter Position” requiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual. This position will be responsible for attaining sales goals and communicating progress to goals and strategies/tactics to reach revenue targets with Sales Director. This position will also call on executive level decision makers in a consultative sales role and must be able to communicate Comtrade value proposition, based on portfolio understanding and industry trends.

She/he will be responsible for:

  • Increase prospects’ awareness and understanding of Comtrade products & services in order to increase new customer signings;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership with customers and stay apprised of the industry trends by contributing to social media sites;
  • Building and developing Comtrade System Integration business within Finance industry for defined territory, taking responsibility for business and client relationship;
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within pipeline;
  • Nurture responses & prospects through the selling stages from noticed / identified to closed;
  • Be able to propose most appropriate solution and explain our value add, based on understanding of client needs and issues;
  • To develop and execute successful digital sales campaigns for defined products/services;
  • Leading the presales process through coordination of internal Comtrade team, and maintain timely forecasting and reporting regarding actual opportunities;
  • Cooperate with Business Development Managers, Field Sales, Technical Support, and Customers;
  • Identify and Progress software and services opportunities within a defined geographic territory based on the client’s preferred route to market.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English language;
  • At least 3 years working in similar roles within IT services industry;
  • Having the relevant knowledge of Banking industry and business trends in this domain;
  • Sales expertise – ability to propose solutions, address client issues and objectives and seeing through their business to identify potential opportunities;
  • A proven track record in IT sales, with demonstrated skills in sales pipeline progression, forecasting and management, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems communication and presentation skills.
