Key Account Sales Manager
Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking a key account sales manager for a position based at our headquarters in Belgrade.
We would like to bring you to a team of people who are enthusiastic, with exceptional communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects and customer engagements in tightly defined time frames.
So we are looking for someone who is self-driven, energetic and hands-on, with a „can do“ attitude. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for sales and technology and exceptional networking and relationship building skills. There is no stone left unturned in your drive to overcome any obstacle and your commitment to getting the job done.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, be connected with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Prepare company’s offers and lead the whole contracting process with customers
- Supervise the realization of our projects, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and meet personal sales targets on monthly and yearly basis
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 3+ years of sales experience preferably in a system integrator type of company working with public sector clients or 3+ years of working experience in public sector related to IT
- Sales Expertise – ability to propose solutions, address client issues and objectives and seeing through their business to identify potential opportunities
- Technical Expertise – demonstrated technical expertise, academic training or knowledge of a broad range of technology niches such as Infrastructure, ERP, ECM, CRM, DWH/BI, BPM and/or custom solutions
ITS A PLUS TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s or master degree in IT field
- Execution excellence – you will be engaged in multiple projects with dozens of stakeholders so Project Management skills come in really handy
