Support Engineer

Comtrade is a top IT company, with a 25-year track record of innovation and development of some of the world’s most advanced software. Due to constant growth, we’re looking for Support Engineers to join our team in Belgrade. This role will assist clients with their tech issues and will provide support on the phone or over the computer. We are interested in individuals who can find creative solutions to unique problems, and who will thrive in challenging situations. It may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner and active listening
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Attention to details
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
