Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Consultant to join our team based at our headquarters in Belgrade.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Document Management System Development Team (DMS) needs a new member to help market and implementation of the team’s products and services to clients from different market segments. The consultant will primarily perform business analysis of contracted jobs and through task management tools assign tasks to members of the development and implementation team. In addition, the consulting position includes support for the sales sector in the presales phase.

• Defining a product roadmap and version control of the application together with the Product Owner;
• Business analysis of solutions and preparation of clear and concise documentation;
• Improving and optimizing business processes with users;
• Defining a time plan for the delivery of solutions for each contracted work;
• Assigning tasks to the development team through adequate tools;
• Monitoring the realization of implementation and replanning in order to meet the estimated deadlines;
• Support the sales and BDM team in presenting and preparing offers to potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum experience of 3 years in the position of business analyst/consultant;
• Work experience in implementation and/or development of software solutions (ERP,CRM,DMS or similar).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of SQL, Java, .NET or C# is considered as an advantage;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM).
