Alexis Lope-Bello has been involved in the IT industry since 1982, the same year he started his first computer company. He participated in its IPO, and the company grew to become a Fortune 500 firm.

Mr. Lope-Bello is a founding member of Europe IT, which was established to facilitate a management buyout (MBO) of the CHS subsidiaries in Scandinavia. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Asia.

Radomir Radovanović has nearly twenty years of experience in financial leadership roles, including financial planning and budgeting, strategic financial decisions, risk management, financial reporting, and tax matters. At Comtrade Group, he is responsible for matters related to budgets and treasury, taxation and financial legislation, and IFRS compliance, with extensive experience in M&A transactions, company demergers, spin-offs, and restructuring.

Prior to joining Comtrade in 2008, Radomir worked as an auditor with Grant Thornton Serbia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Belgrade University, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), and has accreditation as a Chartered Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Terry Curtis is a C-Level finance executive with a diverse skill set and extensive industry knowledge, complemented by his IT experience. His core competencies include strategic and financial planning, reporting, and control, enhanced by his broader responsibilities in operations, IT, and divisional general management roles.

He has gained significant expertise in company restructuring, start-ups, acquisitions, and high-growth environments. Mr. Curtis holds an MBA from Boston University and a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Suffolk University.

Aleš Gornjec joined Comtrade (then Hermes SoftLab) in 1996 as a software developer and project manager. In 2001, he founded a gaming unit within the company. Under his leadership, the unit grew to 150 engineers, working for leading operators and vendors in the gaming industry.

In 2013, Mr. Gornjec was appointed General Manager of Comtrade Gaming, a newly formed strategic division within Comtrade Group, with the goal of driving further growth and expansion. Comtrade Gaming now offers gaming platforms and professional services to both online and land-based gaming sectors worldwide, collaborating with some of the most prominent names in the industry.

As the CEO of Comtrade Distribution, Mr. Nikitović leverages more than 25 years of extensive experience in software development, hardware, and software distribution to lead and develop growth strategies for the entire company. He joined Comtrade in 2005 and served as General Manager of the Serbian subsidiary until his appointment as CEO of Comtrade Distribution in 2010.

His vast experience enables him to support and guide all aspects of the business, including finance, product development, planning, and strategy execution. Under his leadership, the company’s distribution business has grown to include 280 professionals in 13 markets.

Before joining Comtrade, Mr. Nikitović worked as a software developer in the military industry. He founded a company called Code Computer Engineering and served as CEO of Imtel Computers. He holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

Chief Executive Officer of Comtrade System Integration, Dušan Milićević, has held the position of General Manager of Comtrade System Integration Adriatic since January 2019. Before assuming the role, Dušan was the Executive Sales Director for the Financial and Enterprise sectors and held the position of Key Account Manager at Comtrade System Integration.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Milićević has led the company toward a more service-oriented approach while expanding its portfolio of both vendor-supported and proprietary solutions. Under his leadership, the company has doubled its workforce and exceeded growth expectations.

Dušan holds a BA degree in Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade. He also earned an MA degree from Nottingham University Business School.

Klod Kolaro is a business executive with a distinguished career in the technology industry. From 2020 to 2024, he served as Senior Business Director at Endava plc in Slovenia, where he contributed to the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. He was Vice President and Managing Director at Comtrade System Integration International from 2016 to 2020, overseeing key projects and driving business expansion. Before that, he held the position of Senior Country Director at Oracle from 2009 to 2016, where he played a pivotal role in managing operations and strengthening the company’s market presence across Southeast Europe.

Klod Kolaro holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade. He earned his MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School and completed a specialization in Data Science at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Additionally, he holds a PhD from the Faculty of Economics, Finance, and Administration (FEFA), Belgrade.

He is an active member of both the Serbian and Slovenian Associations of Managers, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and leadership within the business community.

Ljubomir Ristić joined Comtrade in 1997. Throughout his career, he helped build the Comtrade brand and shape the Group's image as an innovative IT company. Prior to joining Comtrade, he worked at several advertising agencies and even won the Epica Grand Prix as an Art Director.

Mr. Ristić graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade. He is a member of several business associations and a passionate tennis player.

Ana Pavlović joined Comtrade Group in 2008. Throughout her career at Comtrade, she has played an important role in managing legal affairs across several business units. She has also been involved in major restructurings, M&As, and integration processes the company underwent.

Before joining Comtrade, Ana worked in the financial sector as a legal advisor specializing in banking and securities matters. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and holds an LLM in Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University in Germany.

Mr. Đurić began his career at Comtrade in 1995 as a Sales Assistant. Within just one year, he was promoted to Sales Director, a position he held until 1998. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the General Manager of Comtrade’s largest business unit, Distribution. During this time, he played a pivotal role in driving both operational and strategic growth, positioning Comtrade as the largest regional player in the industry.

In 2003, Branislav was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Group level. Over the next seven years, he led the company through transformative milestones, including the acquisition of Hermes SoftLab and the successful onboarding of private investors, which fueled further expansion and innovation.

After a brief hiatus, he rejoined Comtrade in 2013 as Executive Vice President. In this role, he focused on shaping high-level strategies and spearheading the growth of the System Integration division, establishing it as the regional industry leader. By 2018, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, overseeing Comtrade Group’s further expansion into new business ventures across multiple sectors.

Gordana Simić is the Legal, Business & Strategy Advisor at Comtrade Group. In her previous role as Chief Legal Officer, she has managed some of the company’s most challenging assignments, including the reorganization of the company, the partnership with UniCredit Bank, and the acquisition of Hermes SoftLab.

Prior to joining Comtrade Group in 2004, Ms. Simić worked in various industries in legal, managerial, tax, and export-import areas. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and holds an MA degree in foreign trade contracts.
