We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our AI team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, architects and developers to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for AI-driven solutions.
In addition to Business Analysis responsibilities, this role includes acting as a Project Manager for smaller, short-term projects. You will support planning, coordination, delivery tracking, and quality assurance, including hands-on involvement in solution testing and validation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role involves working on AI- and LLM-based solutions (e.g. chatbots, document intelligence, semantic search, automation workflows), where requirements definition, validation, and quality assurance go beyond traditional IT systems. The Business Analyst will actively participate in shaping AI solution behavior, validating outputs, and ensuring alignment between business intent and AI-driven responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (AI engineers, developers, architects), with a strong focus on translating business intent into AI/LLM behavior, prompts, workflows, and validation criteria
- Support technical presales activities such as requirements clarification workshops, solution scoping, and preparation of functional inputs for offers
- Elicit, analyze, document and manage business and functional requirements for AI and IT solutions
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for different audiences
- Support execution of smaller, short-term projects in the role of Project Manager
- Support solution validation by coordinating and actively participating in UAT, hands-on testing of AI features, managing defects, and validating fixes with a strong focus on output quality, explain ability, and business correctness
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in business analysis, delivery, and testing
- Actively participate in agile delivery (sprints, backlog refinement, sprint reviews), supporting clear prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and readiness of user stories for development
Key Requirements
- Experience with AI or data-driven projects; hands-on exposure to LLM-based solutions (e.g. chatbots, document processing, semantic search) is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple topics in parallel
- Experience with requirements documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, functional specifications)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile ways of working, and testing principles
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
- Experience in managing smaller projects or workstreams (formal Project Management experience or certification is a plus)‚
- Ability to work with incomplete information, manage ambiguity, and align stakeholders with differing expectations, especially in early-stage AI initiatives
- Awareness of data privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations when working on AI-driven solutions
- Practical experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
- Strong focus on solution validation and quality assurance, including the ability to design meaningful test scenarios, validate AI outputs, and ensure solutions meet business, functional, and compliance expectations
- Optional: Understanding of LLM concepts such as prompts, hallucinations, limitations, and evaluation challenges is highly desirable
- Optional nice to have: familiarity with AI/LLM evaluation approaches (e.g. test datasets, qualitative vs quantitative evaluation, consistency checks)
