Our growing company, Comtrade System Integration, is currently seeking for Business Development Manager for Microsoft Technologies to join our team in Ljubljana.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – Microsoft Technologies to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and driving business growth. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and align Microsoft’s technologies with client needs and company goals. This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and a strategic approach to business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft technologies landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft-based solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development or a related role within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge and technical experience with Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to traditional on prem Microsoft services, Microsoft Azure, M 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities related to Microsoft technologies.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in large-scale projects.
- Presales or sales experience
