Our company, Comtrade System Integration, is currently seeking a Team Lead for the Microsoft team to join our ICT team in Belgrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Microsoft-certified professionals (Cloud, Infrastructure, M365, Dynamics, Security).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Drive continuous learning and professional development through training and certifications.
- Grow Comtrade’s Microsoft portfolio (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Modern Workplace).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management on go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
- Provide presales and solution design support for key customer engagements.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance, operational efficiency, and project profitability.
- Promote best practices in implementation, migration, and managed services, in line with Microsoft standards.
- Act as a liaison between Comtrade and Microsoft regional teams.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving technologies and integrate them into Comtrade’s portfolio.
- Contribute to the company’s ICT strategy and service roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ICT, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Security.
- Proven experience in services management, presales, and business development.
- Strong customer focus and consultative mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Expert) are a strong plus.
