For our office in Belgrade, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant capable of independently leading projects, working closely with clients, and taking ownership of the proposed functional solution.
The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and business processes with the ability to understand the client’s underlying needs, ask the right questions, and guide both the client and the project team towards a solution that delivers measurable business value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently leading functional consulting activities throughout the project
- Acting as the primary client contact for functional and business process-related matters
- Preparing and leading client workshops, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into clear and feasible requirements
- Designing functional solutions aligned with the client’s needs and the capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
- Preparing and maintaining functional specifications and other project documentation
- Defining project tasks, delegating them to relevant team members, and monitoring their completion
- Working closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, QA engineers, and other internal and external project participants
- Contributing to test scenario preparation, User Acceptance Testing, user training, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support
- Providing guidance to less experienced consultants and sharing knowledge within the team
- Participating in presales activities, including discovery sessions, solution design, effort estimation, WBS preparation, and writing the functional and technical sections of proposals
- Maintaining a balanced approach to the interests of the client, the project team, and the company throughout project delivery
REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions
- Proven experience in independently leading projects and working directly with clients
- Evidence of end-to-end involvement in at least two projects as a Lead Functional Consultant
- Experience in preparing and leading client workshops, analyzing business processes, and producing functional project documentation
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse
- Very good knowledge of at least one Dynamics 365 CE application: Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys
- Ability to clearly present, explain, and support the proposed solution to both the client and the project team
- Ability to define and coordinate tasks across a multidisciplinary project team
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a responsible and collaborative approach to work
- Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to the development of the team
- Good command of English and the ability to conduct business communication in English
PREFERRED
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in preparing proposals, estimating project effort, and developing WBS structures
- Experience in financial services or in delivering complex solutions for large enterprise organizations
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS
- Understanding of technologies used to develop and extend Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, including C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions in which AI capabilities are embedded as part of the delivered system, using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure AI services
The role does not require hands-on development across all the technologies listed above. However, the successful candidate should understand their purpose, possibilities, and limitations and be able to work effectively with solution architects and developers when designing the overall solution.
