Gordana Simić is the Legal, Business & Strategy Advisor at Comtrade Group. In her previous role as Chief Legal Officer, she has managed some of the company’s most challenging assignments, including the reorganization of the company, the partnership with UniCredit Bank, and the acquisition of Hermes SoftLab.
Prior to joining Comtrade Group in 2004, Ms. Simić worked in various industries in legal, managerial, tax, and export-import areas. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and holds an MA degree in foreign trade contracts.
