Radomir Radovanović has nearly twenty years of experience in financial leadership roles, including financial planning and budgeting, strategic financial decisions, risk management, financial reporting, and tax matters. At Comtrade Group, he is responsible for matters related to budgets and treasury, taxation and financial legislation, and IFRS compliance, with extensive experience in M&A transactions, company demergers, spin-offs, and restructuring.
Prior to joining Comtrade in 2008, Radomir worked as an auditor with Grant Thornton Serbia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Belgrade University, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), and has accreditation as a Chartered Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
