Belgrade Irish Festival Opening: AI Exhibition & Partners’ Cocktail

The opening of the 14th Belgrade Irish Festival was hosted at Comtrade, in the presence of His Excellency Kevin Colgan, Ambassador of Ireland to Serbia, bringing together partners, colleagues, and members of the Irish community in a dynamic gathering that blended business, culture, and long-standing collaboration with the Irish market.

The central moment of the evening was a distinctive AI-driven video art exhibition by Irish artist Patrick Henry. His work, Body Liminal, explored the intersection of art, technology, and human identity through contemporary visual storytelling, forming part of the festival’s rich artistic program that continues to bring leading Irish creatives to Belgrade.

Following the exhibition, a partners’ cocktail provided a relaxed and engaging setting for dialogue and exchange, gathering guests from the business, diplomatic, and cultural communities. Reflecting on decades of successful presence in Ireland, including in Dublin and Galway, representatives of Comtrade highlighted future growth plans while emphasizing the importance of continued collaboration.

The evening offered a fitting close – celebrating not only strong and enduring partnerships, but also their ongoing evolution beyond business into a shared space of innovation, creativity, and cultural connection.
