New release of ComTrade Management Pack for Oracle Siebel CRM/BI for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
ComTrade announces a new release of ComTrade Management Pack for Oracle Siebel CRM/BI for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. The new release, version 1.3.300, provides the following enhancements and features:
- Changed Siebel MP WMI provider queries to avoid wildcard usage in queries
- Added performance collection rules for Siebel application user activity, broken down by Organization
- New trending and regular Siebel application user activity reports with users grouped by Organization
- New trending reports for Siebel Component CPU and memory usage
- A new tool for collecting support information on Siebel MP nodes
- Improved usage of Siebel srvrmgr datasource connection
