HERMES SoftLab, a ComTrade company, changes name to ComTrade

Hermes SoftLab Name Change

Announcement – June 8, 2010

Leading information technology and software engineering firm Hermes SoftLab today announced plans to change its name to ComTrade. In 2008 HERMES SoftLab joined the ComTrade Group and has continued to provide the same high quality services to all of it clients across the globe. According to Veselin Jevrosimovic, Founder and Chairman of ComTrade Group: “This merger has proven highly successful and has enabled us to leverage the resources of our combined organizations. It is therefore with great pleasure that we would like to announce the renaming of HERMES SoftLab to ComTrade.”

The renaming process will take place in three stages:

  • As of June 9, 2010, all HERMES SoftLab e-mail addresses will be changed to comtrade.com and new corporate visual identity will take place in all communications to support the ComTrade brand.
  • The process of changing the legal name of HERMES SoftLab’s corporate office in Slovenia to ComTrade has started and will be finalized within the coming months. Upon its completion the corporate website www.hermes-softlab.com will be redirected to www.comtrade.com.
  • From September 1, 2010, all local HERMES SoftLab offices will be renamed to ComTrade.

After nearly two decades of continuous growth ComTrade is now a recognized leader in information and communication technologies in Southeastern Europe. The company holds a strong presence in 12 countries across Europe and the USA, with over 1600 employees, 1000 of whom are skilled software and system engineers. ComTrade Group is able to offer R&D services, top-range IT solutions and its own software products.

According to Gregor Smrekar, Head of ComTrade’s International Division: “Joining forces with ComTrade Group has proven to be highly beneficial to our clients and complementary to HERMES SoftLabs’ existing products and solutions. The renaming is yet another step in the continual alignment of the company.”

Vodeća kompanija u oblasti informacionih tehnologija i softverskog inženjeringa HERMES SoftLab danas je objavila da menja svoj naziv u ComTrade. HERMES SoftLab se pridružio ComTrade grupaciji 2008. godine, i od tada je nastavio da pruža usluge podjednako visokog kvaliteta svim svojim klijentima širom sveta. Po rečima Veselina Jevrosimovića, osnivača i Predsednika grupacije ComTrade: „Ovo spajanje se pokazalo veoma uspešnim i dozvolilo nam je da maksimalno iskoristimo ujedinjene resurse obe kompanije. Stoga nam je veliko zadovoljstvo da najavimo preimenovanje HERMES SoftLab-a u ComTrade.“

Proces promene imena će se odvijati u tri faze:

  • Počev od 9. juna 2010. godine, sve e-mail adrese u HERMES SoftLab-u će biti promenjene tako da se završavaju sa comtrade.com, a sve poslovne komunikacije i dokumenti koje podržavaju ComTrade brand će biti u skladu sa novim korporativnim vizuelnim identitetom.
  • Proces zakonske promene imena HERMES SoftLab centralnog ofisa u Sloveniji je započeo i biće završen u toku narednih meseci. Po njegovom završetku svi sajtovi će biti preusmereni na adresu www.comtrade.com.
  • Od 1. septembra 2010. godine, sve lokalne kancelarije HERMES SoftLab-a će nositi novo ime ComTrade.

Nakon dve decenije neprekidnog rasta i razvoja, ComTrade je sada priznati tržišni lider na polju informacionih i komunikacionih tehnologija u Jugoistočnoj Evropi. Kompanija je prisutna u 12 država, sa kancelarijama širom Evrope i u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i zapošljava preko 1600 ljudi, od kojih je čak 1000 stručnih softverskih i sistemskih inženjera. ComTrade je u stanju da ponudi R&D usluge, vrhunska IT rešenja, kao i sopstvene softverske proizvode.
