Microsoft Partner of the Year 2025

Comtrade System Integration receives the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2025 (Serbia) award for outstanding work on a transformative CRM project delivered in collaboration with NLB Komercijalna Banka and VeriPark.

The award recognizes the project’s innovative use of Microsoft Cloud technology to revolutionize how NLB Komercijalna Banka manages customer relationships, streamlines operations, and enhances the overall banking experience.

Developed jointly with VeriPark as the Independent Software Vendor (ISV), we implemented the new CRM solution, which replaced 11 legacy systems with a single, integrated platform. This modern solution unifies customer data, automates manual processes, and provides a 360° view of each client – enabling faster, more personalized, and data-driven interactions across all channels.
