Microsoft ICT Team Lead

Our company, Comtrade System Integration, is currently seeking a Team Lead for the Microsoft team to join our ICT team in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Microsoft-certified professionals (Cloud, Infrastructure, M365, Dynamics, Security).
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Drive continuous learning and professional development through training and certifications.
• Grow Comtrade’s Microsoft portfolio (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Modern Workplace).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management on go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
• Provide presales and solution design support for key customer engagements.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance, operational efficiency, and project profitability.
• Promote best practices in implementation, migration, and managed services, in line with Microsoft standards.
• Act as a liaison between Comtrade and Microsoft regional teams.
• Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving technologies and integrate them into Comtrade’s portfolio.
• Contribute to the company’s ICT strategy and service roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ICT, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Security.
• Proven experience in services management, presales, and business development.
• Strong customer focus and consultative mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Expert) are a strong plus.
