HERMES SoftLab announces Management Pack for Oracle Siebel on Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007

April 29, 2008, Las Vegas, ND, Microsoft Management Summit– Hermes SoftLab, a leader in enterprise application management, today announced the release of its leading management solution for Oracle’s Siebel on Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007.

The Siebel Management Pack extends the benefits of Microsoft Operations Manager by enabling the end-to-end management perspective of Oracle’s Siebel. It offers not only a 360 degree, holistic view of all key Siebel service chain components, but also helps ensure that the user experience is, and remains positive.

As a result, clients can gain a complete picture of CRM service status, enabling them to take countermeasures and address issues more rapidly, before they affect their end customers.
