Senior Treasurer

Our growing company, Comtrade System Integration, is currently seeking for Senior Treasurer to join our team in Belgrade.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaise with banks regarding credit, Loan agreements, Credit framework agreements, Factoring, and more;
• Monitor and prepare reports for banks (receivables, debts, advances, payment transactions, on balance and off-balance sheet indebtedness), while managing the organization’s banking relationships;
• Coordinate with other departments, including accounting, sales, purchasing, and delivery;
• Issue and document necessary collaterals such as bank guarantees, letters of intent, and promissory notes for factoring;
• Control of contractual and accompanying documentation received from banks related to Framework lines, Annexes to framework lines, Loan agreements, documentary work, as well as factoring contracts: control of approved conditions and whether they are by the offer, checking of contracted collateral, and covenants.
• Scan and maintain documentation about loan agreements, factoring, and guarantees, ensuring records are available for delivery to colleagues in the department and external parties. This includes all contracts, offers, and other relevant documentation associated with banking activities.
• Approve invoices in the SEF system related to the Treasury Department, which includes fees for guarantees, loans, and factoring services;
• Manage collateral, bank guarantees, and promissory notes, encompassing issuance and registration of promissory notes, preparation of complete documentation, and report generation;
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working in a treasury department, or in a banking or financial institution;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
• Knowledge of loan agreements, factoring, and collateral management;
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed;
• Experience in working with ERP systems.
