Job Description
The Business Development Manager for Microsoft Technologies is responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leveraging Microsoft’s suite of products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and the ability to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft technologies landscape.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft-based solutions.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
· Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
· Proven experience in business development or a related role within the IT industry.
· Strong knowledge and technical experience with Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to traditional on prem Microsoft services, Microsoft Azure, M 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities related to Microsoft technologies.
· Certification in Microsoft technologies.
· Experience in large-scale projects.
