Client in the focus: Oracle CRM Day 2010
Holiday Inn hotel today was the venue for Oracle CRM Day 2010, while our company once again participated with a presentation of a successful project. The conference was dominated by talks about importance of CRM for conducting business, as well as the impact clients have on setting business strategy and objectives of every company. Comtrade SI works with Oracle for a number of years and uses its products as components of many advanced IT solutions in its offering.
On behalf of ComTrade, Dejan Pervulov (CRM/BI consultant in Comtrade SI) staged a presentation with the topic Siebel Communications implementation for Promonte GSM. Presentation elaborated on positive experiences of Promonte, a telecommunications company from Montenegro which uses Oracle Siebel CRM system implemented by professionals from Comtrade SI on a daily basis. CRM system enabled this company to have better management, synchronization and coordination of its client data and thus allowed it achieve comparative advantages over competition.
