Financial Reporting Specialist

Our growing company Comtrade System Integration is currently seeking for Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team in Belgrade.



  • Preparation of financial and management reports for companies’ management in accordance with group methodology and policies;
  • Preparation of various analysis and presentations related to companies, business units or departments;
  • Financial analysis and controlling of company or companies within the group and regular reporting to management on key deviations from the budget of normal scope of operations;
  • Execution and control of business unit wide consolidation on monthly and annual level;
  • Maintenance and data stewardship of the internal reporting system;
  • Overseeing the accounting system and controlling ERP reports;
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings and accounting discrepancies;
  • Performance of various consistency checks of reports; assuring technical and conceptual consistency of reports;
  • Supporting accounting staff;
  • Assistance to financial director in development and implementation of financial strategies and processes;
  • Providing ideas and implementing them in the internal reporting system
  • Preparation and execution of annual budgeting process and preparation of budgeting materials for the relevant company or business unit;
  • Preparation and execution of forecasting process and preparation of regular forecast reports and analysis for the relevant company or business unit;
  • Communication and cooperation with external audit;
  • Preparation of various proposals for management decisions.


  • Proven experience/working status in financial reporting, controlling or audit;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • Good knowledge of accounting;
  • Proven experience in financial/ accounting analysis;
  • Experience in general accounting principles and practices;
  • Good communication skills both in written and verbal form;
  • Result- oriented, comfortable with working in a fast-paced and fast- evolving environment;
  • Strong analytical and organization skills;
  • Knowledge of English (B2 minimum);
  • Experience in working with ERP systems.
