HERMES SoftLab releases Management Pack for Oracle Siebel on Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007

March 23th, 2009, Mountain View, Ljubljana – Hermes SoftLab, member of the ComTrade Group, today released its leading management solution for Oracle Siebel on Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007.

The Siebel Management Pack extends the benefits of Microsoft Operations Manager by enabling the end-to-end management perspective of Oracle Siebel CRM, and by improving the availability and performance of the overall CRM estate. It offers not only a 360 degree, holistic view of all key Siebel service chain components, but also helps ensure that the user experience is, and remains positive.

Siebel Management Pack will be featured at the upcoming Microsoft Management Summit 2009 in Las Vegas at HERMES SoftLab booth (#627).
HERMES SoftLab has partnered with Microsoft and Siebel to bring end-to-end service-management strategies and best practices to their customer base. HERMES SoftLab, a leading provider of power-user grade solutions that address enterprise applications like Oracle Siebel or EMC Documentum, is today further extending its reach to a Microsoft platform. The release of its highly successful offering for the Siebel environment is the first in a line of announced products that work closely with Microsoft Operations Manager.
