Our Management Pack for Oracle Siebel CRM Achieves Oracle Validated Integration
Management Pack for Siebel CRM offers an integrated, holistic view of all key Siebel CRM service chain components and helps ensure that the ultimate user experience is, and remains positive.
September 23rd, 2009, Mountain View, Ljubljana – HERMES SoftLab, a ComTrade company, today announced that the HERMES SoftLab Management Pack for Oracle’s Siebel CRM for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 1.0 product has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle’s Siebel CRM 8.1 through the Oracle PartnerNetwork Application Integration Architecture for Partners initiative.
The Management Pack for Siebel CRM proactively monitors the health of the entire technology stack – from infrastructure, Siebel CRM application servers to key Siebel CRM components – delivering agreed service levels. It includes proactive, optimal detection and elimination of potential problems and bottlenecks, thus efficiently preventing system downtimes.
