Sinergija 2008 is Powered by Comtrade
The 8th Microsoft conference “Sinergija”, which this year was organized by general sponsorship of ComTrade Group, was another opportunity to meet thelatest IT trends, all at one place. “Sinergija” is one of the most important ICT conferences in Southeastern Europe, held in Novi Sad from 14th to 17th October in Master Center.
During the 3 day program the conference comprised over 120 lecturers, for more than 1000 participants of the Serbian IT sector, conveyed presentations, demonstrations and workshops, yet not neglecting entertaining activities. This year, ComTrade Group’s members Hermes SoftLab and Spinnaker New Technologies had a joint participation. It was an opportunity to present on the press conference our internal synergy and integration process, the time when Hermes SoftLab became our company member. Likewise, we presented joint plans, ideas, as well as mutual offer on the markets we cover. We held several presentations: “HERMES SOFTLAB and SPINNAKER NEW TECHNOLOGIES, TOGETHER in even better conditions for new solutions” covered by Veselin Jevrosimovic, the president of our company. In addition, “Show me the money – 10 years partnership with Microsoft” was held by Vladan Atanasijevic, director of HERMES SoftLab in Serbia. The “MOSS 2007 Get more power with less effort” presentation was provided by Radovan Ostojic, Senior Consultant Software Engineering Center in Spinnaker, whereas “M:TEL project Montenegro” was presented by our colleague Kosta Stojadinovic, Senior Consultant Navision, also from Spinnaker. In several attempts at the MS stand, our colleagues Igor Mihovilovic and Kristina Andjelkovic, presented the application of the business solutions MOSS 2007, in a short demo presentation.
In EXPO point of Sinergija, our HEALTH Corner, nicknamed “zdravo coše”, was a true refreshment, where Spinnaker and Hermes SoftLab presented themselves under ComTrade Group with the slogan “TOGETHER – in even better conditions for new solutions”. Those who were interested could relax in our corner after numerous presentations and lectures, by taking part in watercraft competition. This definitely was unexpected and very well accepted activity for an IT assembly, because 248 competitors tried watercraft. They all had a professional help from the coach of the Red Star club, moral support of our hostesses, and we also kept them refreshed with fruit cocktails from our mini bar of healthy drinks. Of course, we cheered up the winners with valuable gifts. Apart form healthy, funny and refreshing contents at our stand, the visitors could inform themselves personally or from special brochures with the programs of Hermes SoftLab and Spinnaker, including plans of this big ICT business unit in our group that became the biggest one in South Eastern Europe region after merging.
Another place for fun and active relaxing for the visitors was our “Chill Out Room” that was divided in three parts. In gaming part visitors could play games on Xbox consoles and wide Crypton LCD TVs. There was Home Theatre Corner for film admirers, as well as Audio Corner that offered the most advanced models from Crypton mp3 and mp4 family of multimedia players. Chill out impression was even more emphasized by lazy bags for relaxing atmosphere and lots of modern devices, as well as a lot of exciting surprises and rewards for tournament participants. Specially for this year’s Sinegija, ComTrade has made “limited edition” ComTrade Computer that everybody could try in “PC Village”. In this year’s PC Fest, exposition of the strongest computers made by nine Serbian companies – Microsoft partners, our computer was assessed by experts as the computer with the fastest processor Intel “Core i7 965 Extreme Edition”, which is also the fastest processor that can be found in computers in Serbian market.
With lots of educative programs offered in this year’s Sinergija, rich fair offer, fun, promotional and innovative contents offered by participants and organizers, in this year’s campaign participants of “Sinergija 08” collected over 30 computers for humanitarian help.ker, have provided technical support to Danas Conference Center at this conference and other planned on to be held in the forthcoming 3 months. Spinnaker will deal with equally important subjects concerning development and advancement of general wellbeing and business conditions.
