Spinnaker and ComTrade Group at E-Government conference
The first E-Government conference, organized by daily newspaper Danas and their newly formed Conference Center, held on October 20th in Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade, was the opportunity to hear in one place opinions of renowned representatives from the Serbian Government, respectable ministries, representatives of local municipalities, as well as prominent industrials of domestic and international companies.
“E – Government in Serbia – possibilities of practical appliance of IT solutions in state governance and local governance” conference has start up questions such as: where is Serbia stranding compared to other European countries?, which are the necessary conditions to decrease procedures by appliance of information technologies and to simplify operations of state governance, i.e. how to make possible to the citizens to acquire personal documents in the fastest and easiest way.
The participants of the gathering mutually agreed in the constitution that incorporating electronic devices is not only a matter of technology, nor a job of one minister, but rather a radical application of all procedures and the accumulative affiliation of the administration towards the citizens. A clear strategy, procedure transparency, application of electronic signatures are also preconditions for incorporating electronic devices.
The CEO of ComTrade Group, Mr. Branislav Djuric, participating in the discussion panel “Inrormation Technology in State and Local municipalities and healthcare – world and Serbian experiences”, presented successful examples, namely concrete utilization of our Spinnaker IT solutions, intended for “APR” and the healthcare IT system in Zrenjanin hospital.
